2026 marks the 10th anniversary of CMMRS. Since 2017, a total of over 1000 students from 32 countries have attended the school. In a retrospective survey of past attendees, two thirds of respondents subsequently entered a Ph.D. program. More than 70% of respondents indicated that attending CMMRS enhanced their ability to make an informed decision about pursuing a Ph.D. and research career “significantly” or “transformationally”.
